Meet Britt & The Stay Fit Method
Stay Fit was founded by Britt Everett, a certified trainer and nutritionist with over 15 years in the fitness industry.
What began as virtual workouts quickly grew into something bigger: a global community built on consistency, accountability, and training that actually fits real life. Britt’s method blends strength training, mat pilates, sculpt, and mobility work to help build lean muscle, move better, and gain strength inside and outside the gym.
Today, Stay Fit has grown into a team of incredible instructors bringing the same energy and intention to every class, online and in Dallas.
