OUR STORY

STAY FIT was founded by Britt Everett, a certified trainer and nutritionist with over 20 years in the fitness industry.

Her journey began in boutique fitness, where she developed a passion for helping women feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in their bodies.

When the world shifted during COVID, Britt took her teaching virtual—turning a moment of uncertainty into an opportunity to build something bigger. What started as online classes quickly grew into a thriving global community grounded in consistency, empowerment, and human connection.

Britt’s method is intentionally crafted for the feminine body, blending the science of progressive overload strength training with the lengthening, refining benefits of sculpt and mat Pilates. This balanced approach supports strength, vitality, and longevity—helping women train in a way that honors their physiology, hormones, and overall well-being.
