Salsa macha grilled shrimp
INGREDIENTS (MAKES 3)
1 lb jumbo shrimp
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp macha salsa (i use the Somos brand)
1 tbsp olive oil
Cilantro (garnish)
Method:
Mix shrimp with oil, paprika, salsa macha, and garlic
Grill or pan fry for 2 minutes each side
Top with cilantro
Top with extra salsa macha
