Salsa macha grilled shrimp

INGREDIENTS (MAKES 3)

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp 

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp macha salsa (i use the Somos brand)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Cilantro (garnish)

Method:

  • Mix shrimp with oil, paprika, salsa macha, and garlic

  • Grill or pan fry for 2 minutes each side

  • Top with cilantro

  • Top with extra salsa macha
