ACTIVATE – Glutes + Core (targeted activation + pre-exhaust)

The Heated Room: Refine + Sculpt
This is where control, endurance, and precision take over.
Designed to complement strength training, these classes focus on time under tension, deep muscle engagement, and refined movement.
REFINE Mat Pilates – Slower, controlled, mat-based work focused on alignment and core strength (slow does not mean challenging)
ATHLETIC Mat Pilates – Dynamic, performance-driven Pilates flow
SCULPT + SHRED – High-rep, full-body sculpt using varied equipment
THE LOWER EDIT – Glute-focused, fatigue-based sculpting
