Grace Metten

Grace has been immersed in group fitness on the client side for over a decade and has been an instructor herself for 2 years. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for high energy, intentionally programmed classes that challenge both the body and mind.

When you sign up for Grace’s class, expect to step outside your comfort zone, because that’s where growth happens. Her classes are fueled by immaculate energy, fun playlists, and purposeful movement designed to help  you feel powerful, progress in your fitness ability and ultimately achieve results.
