The SFV Heated Series is a precision-based sculpt and performance method designed to enhance and elevate the Strength Room. Where the Strength Room builds load, power, and progressive overload, the Heated Room builds stability, deep core integrity, posterior chain precision, muscular endurance, alignment, and recovery capacity. This is controlled heat applied to intentional movement. The Heated Room is the refinement lab of the SFV Method—sharpening mechanics, strengthening stabilizers, and enhancing performance through sculpt, mat Pilates, and mobility-based training.

SCULPT & SHRED – Heated Sculpt

A dynamic, beat-driven sculpt experience designed to chisel the entire body. We move through focused arm series, layered lower body rounds, full-body sculpt sequences, core integration, and strategic cardio bursts—using light weights, resistance bands, pulses, and spicy isometrics to build total-body endurance and shape.

REFINE – Precision Mat Pilates

Classical mat Pilates fused with SFV precision and sculpt. Expect intentional core sequencing, spinal mobility, breath-led transitions, and deep stabilizer work that strengthens alignment and builds control under heat. Precision first. Always.

ELEVATE – Athletic Mat Pilates Sculpt

An athletic, sweat-driven mat Pilates sculpt class blending dynamic intervals, core integration, and nonstop tension under heat. Think planks, pulses, unilateral work, and powerhouse endurance—with

LOWER EDIT – Glutes + Core Architecture

A focused glute and core sculpt class designed to build strength, shape, and control through multi-angle sequencing and layered tension work.
