DEFINE – Upper Body + Core
DEFINE is your reset—and it hits hard. This class is all about building strong, defined arms and unlocking upper body strength that carries into everything else you do.
We start with a dynamic warm-up to activate the full body—using flows, holds, and band work to prep the shoulders, chest, and back. From there, we move into strength rounds built around upper body-focused exercises: combinations, isolated work, and isometric holds.
Each round ends with a core and cardio segment. You can take recovery or stay with the intensity before heading into the next block.
Expect to revisit each strength round with heavier weights and cleaner form—building visible progress and real upper body strength.

ACTIVATE – Glutes + Core
This is where activation meets intention. ACTIVATE targets every layer of the glutes through a structured sequence that begins with pre-exhaust work—banded glute activation, tempo pulses, and isolation drills—before progressing into heavier strength sets that shape and build.
We train glutes, but we don’t train them alone. Between sets, we move through focused deep core “pockets”—breath-led, tension-based core work designed to support hip stability, posture, and overall strength.
No wasted time. No passive rest. Just precision and purpose from start to finish.
Expect time under tension, controlled burn, and a sculpted connection between your glutes and core.
DRIVE – Lower Body + Core
DRIVE is a strength class built to train glutes, hamstrings, and legs with purpose, power, and progression.
We start by activating the hips and core with breath-led work, glute bridges, banded sequences, and mobility drills. From there, we move into progressive strength rounds that challenge lower body mechanics: compound lifts, unilateral movements, and tempo work that builds strength and confidence.
Each round ends with a focused core set to strengthen and stabilize from the inside out.
Expect a full lower body session that moves intentionally, hits every angle, and helps you lift heavier the second time through.
DRIVE is more than leg day—it’s where lower body strength is built, one clean rep at a time.
IGNITE – Weighted Core + Cardio
IGNITE blends athletic conditioning with targeted core work to create a fast-paced, high-energy workout.
Using a mix of weights, tempo drills, and bodyweight movements, this class challenges endurance, coordination, and core stability all at once. Expect short bursts of intensity, dynamic movement patterns, and core work that keeps the entire body engaged.
It’s sweaty, powerful, and delivers a true challenge from start to finish.
INTEGRATE – Full Body + Core
INTEGRATE is about bringing everything together. This class revisits movement patterns trained throughout the week to reinforce technique, improve load, and build confidence under weight.
Expect full-body strength sequences, intentional pacing, and repetition that allows you to refine form while pushing intensity.
This is where progress happens—through mastery, control, and consistency.
ATHLETIC FULL BODY
Our signature full-body circuit format designed to challenge strength, stamina, and coordination.
