Hot Honey Salmon Bowl
INGREDIENTS (Serves 3)
3 salmon filets (bite-sized)
3 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp paprika
Salt + pepper
1 bunch asparagus
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Method (BASE):
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix EVOO, paprika, salt, pepper into marinade.
Toss salmon chunks in marinade; let sit 10–15 min.
Roast asparagus on sheet, drizzle with oil, season.
Place salmon on separate sheet, spread evenly.
Bake both for 10–12 min (salmon), 8–10 min (asparagus).
