PROTEIN WAFFLES

INGREDIENTS (serves 3)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 large whole egg

  • 1 large egg white

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

  • 1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sweetener (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Preheat and spray waffle maker.

  • Pour batter and cook until golden brown (2–3 minutes).

  • Remove and repeat.
