PROTEIN WAFFLES
INGREDIENTS (serves 3)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 large whole egg
1 large egg white
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sweetener (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Preheat and spray waffle maker.
Pour batter and cook until golden brown (2–3 minutes).
